Spring into a Healthy Lifestyle

With the approach of spring come thoughts of new beginnings and possibilities. Among those possibilites is a spring and summer season where we are not only happy with our health and bodies for four months, but where we take tangible, subtle and realistic steps towards a healthy lifestyle.

Knowledged and education are essential on our journey to better health. The intention of this blog is to provide a forum for the "basics" on exercise, healthy cooking/diet, holistic nutrition, and wellness, as well as providing ideas, support and motivation.

  1. I love your blog...they are interesting and inspirational. I started my lunch walk and i am trying to control the diet which is a little tricky...but i haven't given up though and i think that is important...continue writing!
